About AFShop

What is AFShop?

AFShop is an online discovery platform for deals, coupon codes, festival offers, money-saving content, digital products and shopping videos. We help visitors discover offers and then redirect them to the relevant merchant or product page.

Does AFShop sell the listed physical products directly?

No. Physical products shown in deals, coupons and pinned shopping videos are normally sold by the respective merchant. AFShop helps you discover the offer and provides the merchant or affiliate link. The merchant handles payment, delivery, cancellation, return and warranty.

Do shoppers need an account to browse AFShop?

No. Visitors can browse deals, reveal coupon information, open merchant links, read articles and rate eligible deals or coupons without creating a shopper account. Login and signup on AFShop are intended for resellers who want to submit content.

Does AFShop provide a cashback wallet or withdrawal account?

AFShop currently focuses on discovering deals, coupons and affiliate offers. It does not provide a shopper cashback wallet or withdrawal facility. Any cashback mentioned on an offer is governed by the merchant or platform named on that offer.

Deals and Coupon Codes

What is the difference between a deal and a coupon?

A deal usually takes you directly to a discounted product or merchant offer. A coupon may include a code that must be copied and applied on the merchant checkout page. Always read the offer details and terms before purchasing.

How do I use a coupon code?

1. Open the coupon you want to use.
2. Select Show Coupon to view the coupon details or code.
3. Copy the code when one is available.
4. Visit the merchant through the provided button and apply the code during checkout.

Why is the price or availability different on the merchant website?

Prices, stock, coupon validity and offer conditions can change without notice. The merchant checkout page always contains the final price and availability. Please verify all details before completing a purchase.

Why did a coupon code not work?

The coupon may have expired, reached its usage limit, apply only to selected products or require a minimum order value. Check its terms, spelling and expiry. If the merchant has changed the offer, try another currently published coupon.

Are outbound product links affiliate links?

Some AFShop buttons and pinned-product links are affiliate links. AFShop may receive a commission when an eligible purchase is completed through these links, without increasing the product price for you.

Ratings, Search and Shopping Videos

Can I rate a deal or coupon without logging in?

Yes. Guest star ratings do not require login. To keep ratings fair, the website restricts repeat ratings for the same deal or coupon from the same visitor.

How does AFShop search work?

After you enter at least three characters, search suggestions can show matching published deals, coupons and digital products. Suggestions are available only when the administrator has enabled autosuggest in website settings.

What are Shorts and Reels with pinned products?

These are playable YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels submitted by AFShop or approved resellers. A related product is pinned above each video. Selecting that product opens its tracked merchant or affiliate link in a new tab.

Reseller Accounts

Who can create a reseller account?

A seller, affiliate publisher, deal curator or content creator can apply using the Login / Signup option when the reseller module is active. Accurate profile and contact information should be provided during registration.

Why does a new reseller profile show pending review?

Every new reseller profile requires administrator review. You can complete your public profile while waiting, but publishing tools unlock only after the administrator activates the account.

What can an approved reseller submit?

An active reseller can submit deals, coupons, digital source-code products, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels with pinned products. Submitted or edited content is sent to the admin review workflow before it becomes public.

When will reseller content appear on the website?

Content appears only after the administrator reviews and publishes it. If the reseller account is suspended or disabled, its published content can also be hidden from public listings.

Will a reseller get a public profile?

Yes. A reseller has a public profile that can show their published deals, coupons and eligible digital products. Deal pages can also link back to the contributing reseller profile.

Digital Source-Code Products

How do I purchase a digital product?

1. Open the digital product and select Buy Now.
2. Pay using the product-specific QR code.
3. Enter your correct email address and payment transaction ID.
4. Submit the payment details for administrator verification.

How will I receive the source-code ZIP file?

After the administrator verifies the submitted transaction, the protected ZIP file is delivered to the email address entered during purchase. Make sure the email address and transaction ID are correct.

Why has my digital product not arrived yet?

Delivery happens only after manual payment verification. Check that the transaction succeeded and review your inbox, spam and promotions folders. If the verified order is still missing, contact AFShop support with the product name and transaction ID.

Account Security and Support

I forgot my reseller password. What should I do?

Open the Forgot Password page and submit your registered reseller email. If the account is eligible, AFShop sends a time-limited password reset link. The link can be used once and should not be shared.

Why am I temporarily unable to log in?

Repeated incorrect attempts can trigger a temporary security lock. Wait for the displayed period and try again with the correct credentials. Google reCAPTCHA may also appear when its keys are enabled by the administrator.

How can I contact AFShop support?

Use the Contact Us page or email support@afshop.in. For digital product payment questions, include the product name and transaction ID, but never send your password, OTP or complete payment credentials.
